Well-Woman Exams
Pap smears, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams, mammogram referrals, sexual health resources, referral to other services at CCHC (primary care, mental health, vision, dental)
Family Planning
Contraceptive counseling and prescriptions, family spacing counseling, emergency contraception, pregnancy tests
Screening & Treatment
Urine testing, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HPV, colposcopy, referral to other free clinics for HIV testing
All visits with a provider are free of charge, though prescriptions and laboratory testing may require fees. We assist patients in finding free and reduced rates for medications, contraception, STI testing, and specialty services in the Atlanta area.
